1kg frozen prawns / 2 egg whites / sunflower oil / 1.5 cups corn flour / some water / 1 tsp paprika / 1 tsp garlic powder / salt and pepper.
- Beat the egg whites
- Add the corn flour, garlic powder, paprika and stir
- Pour the water slowly and stir until it mixes well
- Dip one by one the shrimps into the mix and fry in medium fire until golden
- Dry on kitchen paper and serve hot with favourite sauce
