The ready-made meals market in Greece is undergoing rapid evolution, with fierce competition. Our response was to design a distinctive, warm, and friendly identity, as if the packaging itself is a delectable and inviting dish.

The central focus of the packaging is a photograph of the food, presented in an unpretentious and natural style. The intention is to convey freshness and taste without appearing overly stylized, reminiscent of a plate prepared with the loving hands of mum. Various elements contribute to reinforcing the perception of the product being handmade, natural, and of high quality. Like the use of craft paper. Like the addition of a string tied in a knot, symbolizing personal care. The string brings memories of traditional food wrapping. Both the act of cooking and tying are done by hand. The establishing atmosphere of handmade creates connection with the consumer and initiates a narrative of taste and love.

A red stripe serves as a distinctive marker, signaling the category and setting it apart from others. In this series, the red stripe signifies cooked food. The directness of the colour accentuates the anticipation of culinary delight.

Located at the base of the package, a photograph of Chef Alexandros Papandreou - the creator of these dishes - endorses the brand's quality and tastefulness. His gaze is direct and friendly, as if he has just emerged from his kitchen after crafting his latest creation.
